    We pay you the monthly rent you desire as a management agreement in other terms, a cooperate agreement. We will manage your property for you ensuring its clean and ready for tenants to live in.     75% of all the rent goes to you the property owner, 25% of the rent goes to us the management company. You will be guaranteed rend based on the amount of times the property will be taken up.
